SBA ARC Loans:
Beginning on June 15, SBA will start guaranteeing America’s Recovery Capital (ARC) loans. ARC loans are deferred-payment loans of up to $35,000 available to established, viable, for-profit small businesses that need short-term help to make their principal and interest payments on existing qualifying debt. ARC loans are interest-free to the borrower, 100 percent guaranteed by the SBA, and have no SBA fees associated with them. Click here for details
Small Business Fair:
Small businesses are the engine that drives New Hampshire’s economy. As a member of the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Senator Shaheen is co-hosting a Small Business Fair at Southern New Hampshire University’s Hospitality Center Building on Monday, June 29. It is Senator Shaheen’s hope that this fair will provide New Hampshire’s current and prospective small business owners with an opportunity to meet directly with organizations and lenders who can help guide them through the process of obtaining public or private financing for their business. .
